Welcome to Podiou (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Podiou website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Podiou, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Podiou.
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

2. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account with others.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

a. Subscription Plans

  • Podiou offers paid subscription plans for accessing premium content.
  • Pricing and features may vary and are subject to change.

b. Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly).
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

c. Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the billing date.

d. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Podiou only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without permission
  • Download or record content illegally
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
  • Use VPNs or other tools to bypass geographic restrictions (if applicable)

5. Content Rights & Licensing

  • All movies, TV shows, and content on Podiou are licensed or owned by us.
  • Content is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
  • Unauthorized sharing or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Digital Rights Management (DRM)

Podiou uses DRM technologies to protect content. You agree not to:

  • Circumvent DRM protections
  • Copy or redistribute protected content

7. Cancellation & Termination

a. Cancellation by User

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Access will remain until the end of your billing cycle.

b. Termination by Podiou

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but do not guarantee:
    • Continuous availability
    • Error-free streaming
  • Content may be added, removed, or changed at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Podiou is not liable for:
    • Any indirect or consequential damages
    • Loss of data or profits
    • Service interruptions

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Privacy

Your use of Podiou is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

  • We may use third-party services (e.g., payment gateways).
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.
